Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Artventory's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website located at artventory.ca.
2. Services
Artventory provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Business Automation with AI
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to the client before work begins.
3. Project Agreements & Payments
- A signed proposal or written approval (email confirmation accepted) is required before any project begins.
- A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront before work commences.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or website launch are delivered.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in work being paused or cancelled.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure projects are completed on time, clients agree to:
- Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Respond to communications within 5 business days
- Ensure they have the legal rights to any materials they provide to Artventory
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines or additional charges.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately. Artventory reserves the right to decline work that conflicts with our values or quality standards.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables created specifically for their project. Artventory retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Artventory retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs.
7. Confidentiality
Artventory treats all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Artventory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
Artventory reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
